As your nutrition coach, my ultimate priority is for you to become fully aware of your body's specific needs and how to meet them in practical ways. 


 

INDIVIDUALIZED ONLINE NUTRITION PLANS

Whether you are recreational exerciser or a high performance athlete, this program is appropriate for you if you:

  2. have experienced a plateau in your body transformation goals

  • One dietary assessment, including an assessment of your food diary

  • One x 15-minute call to review your dietary assessment and answer any questions 

  • One personalized meal plan 

Gold Package $310NZD

  • One dietary assessment, including an assessment of your food diary

  • One x 15-minute call to review your dietary assessment and answer any questions 

  • One personalized meal plan 

  • 12 weekly emails over three months to monitor progress and make adjustments as needed (One email a week for 12 weeks)


NUTRITION COACHING PROGRAMS

Here's what you can expect:

Initial Consultation - Before our initial meeting you fill out a comprehensive client information sheet and questionnaire. During the initial consultation we go over these forms and gather any necessary additional information. I also perform a body composition assessment to determine where you are at presently and what your goals are. This assessment will be used as a baseline for comparing progress throughout the duration of our sessions together. Based on the information gathered, I identify potential factors that are hindrances to you meeting the short and long term goals that we have set. Some of these hindrances may be nutritional deficiencies, food intolerances, and limiting factors in both your professional and personal life. Based on your short and long term goals, we set your first behavior goal that becomes your main responsibility for meeting on a day-to-day basis. 

 

Coaching Sessions - Behavior goals are reassessed at each coaching session based on compliance and progress. We discuss and strategize based on the victories and challenges that you encounter in-between our coaching sessions. You’re given 24/7 online access to a coaching platform that offers you resources and reminders. These resources may include a shopping list for the week, meal prep guidance, recipes, nutrition articles and more. This will assist you in successfully meeting your behavior goals. Bottom line, I am here to help you through whatever difficulties may arise. We’re copartners in your journey to being able to take excellent care of your body.

 


 

All Nutrition Coaching programs are available online (Skype) or in person (Taupo, New Zealand)

An online coaching platform will be available to you 24/7 where you have access to resources and reminders that will support you so that you can keep on track to meeting your goals.

60-minutes of personal coaching and accountability sessions every other week for 11 weeks (for a total of 6, 60-minute sessions)

• One-on-one supermarket visit (Taupo residents only)*

 

 

24-Week Food Freedom Program: $1,059NZD

   

60-minute initial consultation

• Personal diet, health, and lifestyle assessment 

60-minutes of personal coaching and accountability sessions every other week for 23 weeks (for a total of 12, 60-minute sessions)

• 24/7 access to online client/coach platform and resources

• One-on-one supermarket visit (Taupo residents only)*

• Home visit: Pantry and fridge makeover (Taupo residents only)**

 

* We'll meet up at our local grocery store (if you'd like, the butcher and veggie shop also) and you'll learn:

  • How to navigate through the different aisles and make nutritious and economical decisions

  • How to read food labels and understand exactly what they mean

  • How not to be fooled by clever marketing and advertising that makes something that isn't healthy appear as though it is

  • The difference between organic and conventional and when it's worth it to spend the extra money 

 

** If you'd like, I'll come over to your home and we'll set your pantry and fridge up in a way that will support your new health goals. You'll learn:

  • How to organize your pantry and fridge

  • How to store different fruits and vegetables to reduce food waste

  • What to buy in bulk to save money

  • How to throw together quick and easy meals with what you have

  • How to take inventory of the foods in your  pantry and fridge  before You go shopping

  • What foods are must haves at all times

Non-Taupo residents (ie. Skype clients) will still receive all the same information and education.
